To change the library, it's good that the library contains more than a library, as we do in Denmark with citizen service. Also diversity in the composition of the workforce is important.

When making changes, it is important:
Only 2 to 5 key messages
Messages must be repeated about 17 times
The first 100 days is the most important. There should be visible results
Was aware that only about 20% of employees are involved from the start
Management must support and understand the need for change 100%
