Yu Zhang

My daily work in China Evergreen is overseeing and coordinating programs which focus on automating public and school libraries in rural China and improving their services. I am very interested in learning methodology and experience for co-creation and user-centred service development, and would love to explore how these methodology and experience can be applied in rural China setting. I'd like to share with others the path we found to serve rural China that focuses on impacting the young generation and various attempts we made to reach out to the community, and the challenges we observe.
