Project Manager Marie Ostergard takes you on a stroll to the waterfront, illustrating the plans for the new Mediaspace on site (the new main library and office of Citizens' Services an Libraries in Aarhus). Mediaspace is expected to open in 2014. Besides becoming a new public library and the City of Aarhus' largest building project ever, it will be one of the main drivers of the transformation of the waterfront of Aarhus. A representative from the City of Aarhus will give an introduction to the masterplan and visions for transforming the city's former commercial port into a vibrant waterfront with housing, educational institutions, Mediaspace, etc.

The pickup place for this Study Tour is the foyer at The Concert Hall.
