Since unconference participants are sometimes compared to stand-up comedians, Next Library crew could take advantage of that.
Here is how:
We all know customers are not always right. They are even hilarious with things they ask, say, comment... I think it would be entertaining to hear 'the best of' funny dialogues that happen everyday in a library. 
e.g.
Patron: Do you happen to have a book by this Default guy?
Librarian (hoping he heard it wrong): Sorry, who?
Patron: Default. I'd like to read something he wrote, he seems to be very popular these days. I hear people around me saying all the time "by Default, it goes like this... Default this, Default that".
After brief explanation, the customer left the library unhappy. Smile
